Common - Be

One of my favourite hip hop artists is Common. He's released too many singles that i'm obsessed with; each one being amazing. His style and lyrics actually mean something. He tells a story with his music and you can really understand him.

One of the main reasons Common appeals to me so much is his constant use of great instrumentals and backing vocals; also doing collaberations with other people like Kanye for instance also helps.

I could write about Common all day so check out his album 'Be'. Two of my favourite songs are 'Be' and 'Make My Day'.
