How to get Songs off an iPOD!!

I've constantly been told that you can't get songs off an iPod. As soon as they are on, and gone from your harddrive then it's just tough luck! Even people in Apple stores either don't know or they don't want to tell you. I found out how to do it without downloading anything!

It was a good day when I got all my songs from my old iPod and put them onto my new one :D

Here's how you do it..

#1 Plug your iPod in. Go to 'My Computer' and double click on your iPod.












#2 This box will open up. You will see these folders but the one we want is missing! Click on 'Tools'- 'Folder Options'.

#3 Click on 'View' and scroll down to where it says 'Show hidden files and folders'. Click it and press ok.

#4 You will now see the secret folder which we need called 'Ipod_Control'. Open it.

#5 You will now see the folder called 'Music'. Open it.

#6 You will see lots of folders now. Go into each folder and you will see your music. Just drag and drop into your itunes and repeat for each folder! Done! Dont worry if you can't see the names of the songs, itunes sorts it out for you automatically when you've dropped it in.
