I found this song on a small youtube channel and loved it instantly. I'm not sure how to describe it. It has a really vintage electronic sound to it; but still fairly modern! I reckon it's one of them songs you either love or hate.

Passion Pit - Take a Walk

Summers here and what better way to appreciate the little sun that we do get than by listening to songs which are filled with that summer feeling. 

Passion Pit are back with a new track, Take a Walk. Their album Manners has kept in the depths of my iPod for many years now and with this new track I'm hoping I can add to the collection. Take a Walk has that signiture happy synth that I associate this band with so they've made a really summery song.

Logic - Undeniable (New Mixtape)

Logic is back, well he was back a few weeks ago, just been a bit late to post about it! Anyway, Logic is back with his 2nd mixtape; Undeniable. Straight from the go this album is immense. The opening track (Inception) sets the mood for the rest of the album. 

Undeniable still has that Logic feel and flow to it but this time he really has created songs for everyone in every situation. Whether that be you want to party, chill or do the dirty! These songs suit everything.

What's even better is that again, this mixtape is free! 22 songs, each with an amazing beat and amazing lyrics. If Logic doesn't blow up this year then I don't know whats wrong with the world.

Santigold - Disparate Youth

The past few years, Santigold have released some songs which just ooze indie-ness. Tracks like Les Artists being one of them. She is back with a brand new album, Master Of My Make Believe. I haven't fully listened to the whole album yet but her song Disparate Youth is probably going to be my favourite. Maybe even of all time...

If you like chilled beats with laid back vocals then be sure to give this a listen.

Miike Snow - Animal (Mark Ronson Remix)

Keeping with the Reggae feel after posting the Robyn remix by Jr Blender, I thought I'd share with you an amazing Mark Ronson remix of an already great song. If you haven't already heard Animal by Miike Snow then give it a listen!

This remix is very smooth, chilled out reggae which has kept a lot of the vocals from the original song.

Zedd - Shotgun

Zedd has been releasing some massive tunes the past year and his newest is no let down. Shotgun is bass, thats basically the best way to describe it. If you like bass heavy Dubstep, then this track is for you. Shotgun is one of them songs which would work so well in a club or played live; some people are put off by the initial sound of it but honestly, just keep listening.

Robyn - Dancing on My Own (JR Blender Reggae Remix)

There are only some songs by Robyn I really like, one of them being Dancing On My Own. I then came across this amazing reggae remix which is just filled with summer vibes! Looking through Jr Blenders' other remixes, I found even more which sounded great; Gyote - Somebody to Love and Rihanna's You Da One are just a few.
